Overall very nice condition and highly presentable copy of this 1965 UK 1st press Pretty Things R&B gem, with just a few minor blemishes only and every track still a great listen

Increasingly rare and sought after 1965 UK 1st press Pretty Things R&B gem.  Excellent (EX) condition weighty and completely flat glossy vinyl still retaining a nice jet black sheen with just a couple of very wispy hairlines and faintest of faint small paper scuffs on each side, only identifiable with close scrutiny under a bright light - each non-feelable, strictly surface only and purely superficial.  Excellent (EX) condition rough textured labels with a few small and very light spindle trails on each.  Very good plus (VG+) condition original front-side only laminated and reverse side "paste-on" outer sleeve with no cardboard creasing, firm 95% unscuffed edges (just a little light scuffing on the top edge towards the top left corner and 1cm of scuffing on the bottom edge next to the bottom right corner), some minor rubbing on the opening edge corners but none on the spine corners and the spine itself remains rigid with just a couple of very small "nicks" and all spine text completely intact. The reverse side remains in overall very good condition but there is some some minor storage/age related marks and mild browning towards the edges. Excellent (EX) MONO sound quality with no skips, repeats, jumps, obvious clicks, or interference, and any background crackle is at an absolute minimum...negligible in fact. Great tone and clarity throughout with every track a brilliant listen. Comes also with a cardboard photo insert of the band - I doubt that this originally came with the record itself - more likely an addition by the original owner after he/she had purchased the record 58 years ago...wow, I was just 10 years old then!

Comes complete with excellent condition "THE EQUIPMENT" poly-lined inner sleeve with no side splits or creasing, just the hint of a little very mild age discolouration towards the edges.

Another underrated Pretty Things album - the epitome of 60's R&B and a welcome addition to serious vinyl collection.

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
