TITLE/INFO: If you're interested in old records (45's, EP's or LP's) by Elvis, The Beatles, Chuck Berry and/or many, many others from the '50's-'60's, please check out my site here on Ebay when you get the chance as I have many to list yet - thank you in advance! This novelty song 45/PS by the one hit group called The Ran-Dells is entitled "Martian Hop/Forgive Me Darling (I Have Lied)" from 1963. It is another record/sleeve combo in super nice shape, and I will be listing (or already have) many other such records in the days and weeks ahead. While it is without question that the picture sleeve here makes the piece so very attractive and desirable to fans and collectors, the vinyl here is in super good shape as well. So, please see the pictures of both the record and the picture sleeve above. LABEL INFO: This original, and somewhat obscure, Chairman Label (45-4403) and is very clean and nice with no serious flaws - just an easily removable "number tag" on one side only. But otherwise, I don't even see any spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me very little actual play, if any at all. VINYL INFO: The vinyl is also extremely shiny, clean, nice, and, in my opinion, nearly perfect - perhaps just 1-2 very, very light surface/paper lines, but nothing serious at all, believe me. PICTURE SLEEVE: Finally, this very clever and classic picture sleeve is also in excellent condition, with just some light wrinkling/creasing in a few places along the open edged top side (see pics above). But again, in my opinion this is nothing too serious. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, in my opinion, everything about this collectible, early '60's 45/PS appears to be just fine - but again please see the pictures above and make your own decisions about everything. These oldies are getting harder to find anymore, especially in this kind of condition, so please have at it. As always, I have begun the auction at a very low opening bid and have no reserve price - just free and open bidding - so good luck! These are U.S. rates only, and all foreign winners will have to await an email me for their exact costs, although I will send a detailed invoice as soon as the auction is over---but, there too, it is cheaper to send multiple pieces. The charges for overseas are $18.00 for the 1st 45 and then just $3.00 per 45 after that.
