DESCRIPTION
GENERAL: You are bidding on a top copy of a very rare original 1965 UK pressing by THE RATS on the Columbia label (DB 7483) "SPOONFUL" b/w "I'VE GOT MY EYES ON YOU BABY" 7-inch 45 RPM single with 4-prong push-out centre. In original Columbia company sleeve.
Line-Up: Benny Marshall - vocals and harmonica, Frank Ince - lead guitar, Brian Buttle - bass, Jon Simpson - drums..
VINYL: The vinyl is in stunning, unmarked, condition. Both sides retain their original bright sheen.
LABELS: The labels are in beautiful condition, nice and clean, with no writing, stickers or tears. There are a couple of light spindle trails (see scans).
CENTRE: The 4-prong push-out centre is fully intact. There is no spindle wear. , SOUND: The record plays superbly throughout, loud and clear, with no hiss, crackle, pops or clicks. Nothing to spoil the enjoyment. Definitely no skips or jumps.
