Only a handful of these were pressed back in 1987 by Sire Records to help promote The Replacements album, "Pleased To Meet Me". This record was never sold to the public and has since become one of the most sought after of all Replacements vinyl releases. An insightful look inside The Mat's songwriting process, the record features an interview with genius songwriter/lead singer/sad clown/town drunk, Paul Westerberg who discusses the songs, the band's break with guitarist Bob Stinson, and feeling old at age 27. His musings are placed in between the songs from Pleased To Meet Me (total running time is just under one hour). Cover features photo of the band all dressed up and remains in excellent condition with record pristine near mint. An important piece of the band's history and a truly rare collectable that will continue to grow in value.
