ORIGINAL 1ST EDITION PROMOTIONAL COPY of The Replacements awesome 1987 LP "Pleased To Meet Me", with "Alex Chilton", "Can't Hardly Wait" and more Paul Westerberg classics! NOT A NEW REISSUE! And FOR A LIMITED TIME: we are including the scarce 45 single release from the album of "Can't Hardly Wait", WITH PICTURE SLEEVE, remixed by JIMMY IOVINE, and the PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED TRACK "Cool Water" on the B-Side. Get it while we've got it! On the dead wax of the LP, it declares this a DMM Sterling Master for optimum sound, we've listened to it, and it sounds excellent. Almost no sign of play, NO scratches, not even a sleeve mark to be seen, nice and shiny and colorful, and wrapped in the original picture sleeve, sent outside the cover in a clean white sleeve. The cover has the gold promo stamp on the front, with a bit of ring and shelf wear, but still very nice, with a very legible spine and NO splitting! Great copy with an imperfect cover. The 45 is in excellent shape as well, is a STERLING master, and the picture sleeve has just a bit of wear, NO splitting, just a bit of bumped corners as the paper is somewhat light as 45 sleeves are. Great find: first edition copy from one of rock's finest punk / post punk / alternative bands, WITH the promotional 45 and picture sleeve!
