Description

As a document of evil, this album has few peers.  Never officially released, THEE LAST SUPPER (Temple Records: TOPY 013) documents the last moments of deranged cult leader Jim Jones, and his followers/hostages/prisoners of the People's Temple, during the final paroxysm of madness that resulted in more than 900 deaths on November 18, 1978, in the Guyanese jungle.

Hence, there's no "tracklisting," as such, just the tape of Jones's final rantings and ravings, recorded while the cult members were drinking poison -- which makes for a chilling listen as the masses of screams dwindle down to nothing.  This LP appeared through Temple Records, which Psychic TV ran from 1984-1994 as a boutique label for their own efforts, and related projects.

This copy comes to you from a friend's library, with two grades.  The cover is VG+, with minor signs of ringwear and evidence of handling, plus some wear on the bottom lower corner.  The record itself is in EX condition, with no dings, nicks, surface noise or scratches to spoil your listening pleasure.
