COMMENTS: This is a rare 1960's acetate of the Riot Squad's 1st single on Pye. There are some light surface marks, but both sides play through perfectly with only light surface noise.
PLEASE NOTE: Acetate records were cut on a studio machine for test purposes to assess quality of the tape transfer process,. They were usually made from aluminium with a soft recording surface applied. They were often given out to DJ’s before an official release, but repeated playing often decreased the sound quality as they were not designed for constant use, so there can be some surface noise/hiss from them. But this is a good copy with very little surface noise.
