Description
TITLE/ARTIST: Yes, I actually had two copies of this same LP---and this one is in even better condition than the first one I listed awhile ago. This rare and highly collectible "hot rod/cycle" LP on the original, Imperial Label, is in MONO, and is entitled "She's A Bad Motorcycle" (with a very sexy looking girl and motorcycle on the front cover, plus another smaller one on the backside). It is by the relatively unknown '60's group, The Risers and is from 1964. The song titles make this LP sound like one great collection of cycle songs----so, please see the pictures below. This is definitely one rare and highly collectible record album if you are a "cycles/hot rod" buff at all, and it just happens to be in great condition to boot---please read on for the details.
LABEL INFO: As I mentioned, it is on the original Liberty Label, LP-9269, and is in MONO. The label is near mint, with absolutely no visible flaws at all. I don't see any spindle marks around the center hole at all, making me believe it wasn't played very much, if even at all.
VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is equally as clean, shiny, and nice----with no flaws worthy of a mentioning at all either. In fact, it appears to me to be near mint and practically "like new" in condition---likewise, it really doesn't look like it was played very much----if even at all!
JACKET INFO: Finally the jacket, with it's great cover photo, is also in excellent condition, with absolutely nothing negative to report. This jacket is super nice and looks brand new to me! But, please check the pics below and see for yourself.
INTERESTING FACTS: You just don't see these early and rare, early '60's "hot rod/cycling" LP's out there anymore---and espiecally in this kind of great condition. I have other rare and collectible Hot Rod LPs in this week's auctions as well (and plan to begin listing 45's and 45's with Pic sleeves soon). Plus I have many other RnR/RnB/C&W LPs, EPs, and 45's from the 50's-60's to list this spring and summer. I'm well into into my personal collection as well---in fact, that is where this LP came from. Most all of my personal records are in near mint condition and quite hard to find. Therefore, please bookmark my site and check everything out as they are listed.
