I have visually looked / tested the record and it sounds fine
 There are surface scratches/ smudges and light noise on both sides that do not interfere with the listening pleasure.
  The record was cleaned 

Comes with a RCA VICTOR Sleeve
 Shipped in a box made for 45 RPM Records
The record was played on a Jensen JTA - 230 record player.
I referenced the Goldmine Grading Guide for grading the Vinyl record.
