Description
Apologies for the quality of the label pics but silver on blue is hard to capture with any sharpness.
The Rolling Stones 1967 stereo LP Decca TXS 103, 3-D gatefold sleeve with the red inner sleeve. Made in England with the unboxed Decca logo.
The solid and intact gatefold sleeve has a matt finish inside with a laminated outer having the 3-D facia. No rips or tears and the spine is good as shown. There is general wear including corner and edge rubbing along with some creasing and the maze puzzle has been part 'attempted' with a biro. Condition wise I give the sleeve 6.5 out of 10.
For the labels, they are clean with playwear at the spindle holes. On the wax run-offs the respective machine etched matrix numbers are ARL-8126-T2-1K and ARL-8127-T2-1K.
The vinyl is of at least medium weight, flat and shiny. Under the all knowing desk lamp I see some scuffs and light needle marks so I give the record 6.5 /10 also.
And the original red inner sleeve is in fine clean shape with a 1cm seam split at the bottom. Probably warrants a fix with invisible tape but I've left as is and will use a separate inner sleeve for posting.
