ROLLING STONES 'BEGGARS BANQUET' LKA 4955 DECCA MONO LP MADE IN AUSTRALIA 1968

Description

A superb rarity. By 1968 stereo was becoming more popular than mono which were being pressed in decreasing numbers. This LP is a fine example of an original Australian pressing from 1968. The label features the classic Decca logo in an unboxed format identifying it as a 1960's original. The mono sound is fantastic and brings a whole new appreciation of tracks such as 'Sympathy For The Devil' and 'Street Fighting Man'

The cover and record are in VG/VG condition. The record plays well without skips and jumps. Minor surface noise (crackles) is evident in the quieter sections of the music. Gradings are in accordance with Record Collector Magazine standards for grading vinyl records.
