This record is in near mint condition. It has just one light spindle mark visible on the label of side 1 and a couple of short ones on side 2. Other than these very minor spindle marks the labels are superb with no pen marks, scuffs or any other damage. The centres are not loose and overall they are superb with just these minor spindle marks to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean with next to nothing visible in normal light. There is even only a couple of incredibly light wispy lines visible under very bright white light. The record has no scuffs or blemishes and has a beautiful vivid shine. It really is in remarkable condition, is beautifully clean/near spotless and cant have been played much.
I did play test the record however and as you can imagine it plays near perfectly. It lays completely flat, there is no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is superb. Its dynamic and really clear with barely a trace of surface noise in the run in or between tracks. It has virtually no background noise or interference during play and there are obviously no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. Its an audio experience of very high quality and was a pleasure to play test such a classic album with such clarity.
The laminated gatefold sleeve is in near mint condition. It has next to no wear/rubbing to the edges and corners and the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. It is clean, bright, has a rock solid spine and sharp square corners. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and there is little to no creasing(4 short lines along the spine) to the laminate. There is barely any sign of ring marks and inside the gatefold is immaculate. So overall a superb sleeve with little to report, but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as you can about its condition.
It contains its original plain white poly-lined Decca inner which is in near mint condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks and barely any creasing, discolouring or real sign of use.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
