Description
An original pressing of The Rolling Stones Between The Buttons mono album LK4852 on 150 gram vinyl. It is on the red unboxed Decca label with matrix numbers Side one XARL 7644 4A and Side Two XARL 7645 5A. The disc itself has a high gloss. There are a number of light surface marks but no scratches.There are only one or two noticeable pops on the rest of the album.All tracks are playable.(Please see the photographs for a better idea of record quality). I would grade the vinyl as very good to excellent.
There are a few spindle marks on the labels but no hole wear.
The original poly lined inner sleeve is in very good condition.
The front laminated James Upton sleeve is in very good condition with just one minor crease to the laminate on the opening edge.The rear of the sleeve is printed plain white card and has suffered a small amount of unavoidable browning in places. There is slight ring marking on the front laminate. The spine is in very good condition.
My name and old address are written at top left of back sleeve in biro.(See photo)
This record is from my own private collection. It has been kept upright in a custom built cupboard away from light and damp and in virtually dust free conditions since I bought it new. I would guess it was probably played about forty or so times and has been unplayed since - apart from the check I carried out recently prior to listing it on Ebay.
The sound is still excellent for a 40 year old plus LP.
