THE ROLLING STONES BIG HITS (HIGH TIDE AND GREEN GRASS) LONDON NP-1 PROMOTIONAL COPY WITH A "DEMONSTRATION NOT FOR SALE" STAMP

Original promotional Mono copy from a local Los Angeles radio station of the 1st Rolling Stones compilation, considered one of the best hit compilations ever, which was released on March 28, 1966 in the US eigth months earlier than the UK release. Very early 1st pressing promotional copy with the incredibly rare 1st 1D/1D (The "1" suffix indicates a very early 1st press) matrix numbers located in the run-out area of the vinyl, which is in Excellent condition having only a few occasional marks and hairlines. The original gatefold cover with an 8-page colored photo booklet has a "All the Stones big hits!.. +8 Pages of Color Photos" and "London Records Promotional Copy Not for Sale" sticker affixed to the front cover. It is really a great copy! in addition to everything having also a "Demonstration Not For Sale" stamp on the back cover! I've never seen anything like this before! Beautiful copy in a great condition on the rare red London Records labels with the NP-1 catalog number. Please don't let this outstanding promotional copy get away with the amazing "I Can't Get No Satisfaction" hit single that boosted The Rolling Stones to the 1st place on the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time and lead the list of the 100 Greatest Songs of Rock & Roll.
