Description

Rolling Stones – BIG HITS (HIGH TIDE & GREEN GRASS) 1st UK pressing (green and silver labels) with gatefold sleeve & 6 page picture booklet. 1966. Decca TXS 101. Stereo. SUPERB!

VINYL: EX+/M-

In beautiful condition. Has been stored and unplayed for decades. No scratches or marks. Still retains its original sheen. Perfectly flat. Test play revealed no skips, sticks or clicks. Deep full clean sound. Clearly been played only a handful of times. Sound quality throughout is free from any traces of distortion.

LABELS: EX

Unboxed green Decca labels with silver lettering. No writing, marks or tears. Perfectly clean other than slight discoloration on one side where there was once a small star-shaped sticker (see photo). Without this I would have graded these labels M-

 

SLEEVE: EX+/M-

Gatefold with attached 6 page photo booklet inside. No marks, creases or tears. 

 

INNER SLEEVE: EX

Original poly-lined blue and white inner sleeve.

Lovely item. VERY difficult to find this great early Rolling Stones compilation in such wonderful condition.
