I visually graded this record... it looks to be in VG++ to Near Mint condition...  The gatefold album cover is in very nice condition with no unusual wear It has a tiny saw-cut at the bottom spine... It has a Promotional Sticker on the front cover and a Hype Sticker on the back cover The record labels are in beautiful condition with no spindle wear....
