ORIG 1964 US LP on LONDON RECORDS
The early pressing of their great 1964 1st US LP on the Maroon LONDON label: MONO LL.3375
RARE in this condition.
NO FREE PHOTO unfortunately, though advertised on the cover.
Quickly gaining fame and renown, in Britain, the group soon were getting noticed in America.
Demand required they make an appearance, so this record was released for the USA on London Records as soon as possible.
An eager American audience were looking for something else from England to follow The Beatles
The Stones looked the part, all suited up on this great cover shot, as 'The Fab-Four' had for American audiences, and the presently unknown Rolling Stones five-some excited with brilliant television and live performances soon enough.
VINYL IN SUPER-SHINING VG+ CONDITION. Some marks but not detracting from the overall sheen.
Inspected under bright light.
Classic matt MAROON LABLES are EX, clean and unmarked, some spindle lines.
SINGLE SLEEVE SOLID CARD COVER in NEAR MINT MINUS to EXCELLENT CONDITION, bright, with pics, and text by Andrew Loog Oldham on the rear.
This is A very respectable copy overall.
