A Very Good condition disc. Some surface marks / scuffs / light scratches (see photos). Quite a lot of spindle marks. This record has been played a lot. Original MONO mixes of both sides. No skips, jumps, sticking, warps or writing on labels. Clean labels.

Good audio quality. Some occasional surface noise in places. A very listenable vinyl LP with great punchy MONO sound on an original early pressing UK Decca 1964. This is the BEST way to hear the early ROLLING STONES. Very listenable. Tested on a Thorens turntable.

A Very Good condition sleeve "printed in England by MacNeill Press, London, S.E.1", with laminated front, and flipback design to the rear. Some general wear and minor creasing. No seam splits, but some minor fraying and a couple of very small quarter inch tears to rear opening edge (see photos). Some overall age-related discolouration to rear of sleeve. Some writing to rear of sleeve on top left and top right. Spine in good condition, with some minor wear, but all text still fully legible.

Supplied in original company inner-sleeve, with polythene insert, which is in very good condition, with no seam splits, but some minor age-related discolouration in places.

GRADING:

All records are graded using the UK ‘Record Collector’ format:

MINT (M):

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
