Complete with picture sleeve and company sleeve.
Extremely hard to find even in Japan.

Sleeve is in EX condition.(Some marks and stain by the ages.A slight stamp mark on a corner of the back side.)
Disc is in EX-/EX(Side A/B) condition. Disc Condition
SEALED= Unopened / new old article
MINT= almost same as a new article
EX+= there are some slight marks, no noise
EX= Although there are external crack and noise, but it is almost good
EX-= Little deep cracks and noise, but grade which is equal to appreciation
VG= Many deep cracks and noise
