Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Beatles, Rolling Stones and some progressive records that are form my own personal collection, so here we go!
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my rare Beatles, Beatles Related and Rolling Stones records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare German 1st STEREO pressing of The Rolling Stones – Let it Bleed WITH POSTER on the RED Decca label, cat. no. SLK 16 1640-P.
The record is in VG+++ condition, there are some non-sounding hairlines only. The labels are in EX minus condition, there are only a few spindle marks and there is some very slight wear along the spindle hole on side 2.
The cover is in VG+++ condition, there are some thumbnails on the opening edge on the front and there are a couple tiny creases in the corners. Besides mentioned tiny defects, there is no serious damage to this cover; no writing, no rips or tears or other unwanted damage.
The poster is in EX condition, there is only slight general wear from pulling it out and putting it back into the outer cover. The inner sleeve is also still present and is in VG+ condition. There is some creasing (just handling an storage wear), there is a bottom split of approx. 3.5 centimeters and there are a few age browning spots. This inner sleeve is made from much thinner paper than the U.K. version (which is also very thin), so I qualify this wear like handling and storage wear, nothing serious in my opinion.
This is an extremely rare German first pressing of The Rolling Stones’ Let It Bleed album complete with inner and poster. Just often is a complete copy of this album offered? Although not mint, this copy would fit perfect into any Rolling Stones collection, definitely a keeper’s copy! This is a very rare opportunity to own a very rare complete German Rolling Stones Let It Bleed, a real opportunity for all Rolling Stones fans to complete a life time collection! Happy Bidding!
