Released in a front laminated flipback sleeve with 'Mona' listed as track 4 on side 1, sleeve made by MacNeill Press.
Red un-boxed Decca labels with rim text which reads on top ''Made in England. The Decca Record Co. Ltd.'', the N.C.B. caption is on the right hand side, the B.I.E.M. caption is missing altogether. M.C.P.S. is on side 1 label to the left of N.C.B.
Sleeve condition: front laminated flip back sleeve has no writing, stickers, tears, rips, discolouration, sellotape, rubbing, shelf wear, creasing. Sleeve grading is EX+ (EXCELLENT PLUS)
