MEGARARE and HARD-TO-FIND original London “ffrr” Records second Hi-Fi Mono press released by London Records, made and distributed in Chile in 1965 by Industrias Eléctricas y Musicales Odeon S.A. (Odeon Records Chile), licensed from London Records Inc. from New York, U.S.A., catalog number DIM 17188, with machine etched matrix numbers HdXDR 35801 N2 (“N” inverted) in Side A and HdXDR 36261 N3 (“N” inverted) in Side B, with black/silver London Records labels and push-out center. Yes, Sirs, ANOTHER GREAT FIND FROM CHILE!!!

“(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction” was originally released in USA in May 1965 and the same year we got this single released here in Chile. Song titles are written in Spanish, translated to English, with full credits for songwriters and producers, with additional information of licenses, rights society and play time of each song. In the case you don’t know the very first press of this single released here in Chile has green/black labels and “London” logo at top, all the issues with small “London” logo at left side of the spindle hole are second pressings. It’s interesting to notice the play time of both songs, because in original UK and US issues the play time is “3:45” and “3:10” minutes but in this Chilean press they are “3:43” and “3:07” minutes, not a great difference but difference after all. So, here you have the chance to get and own this MEGARARE CHILEAN PRESS of this successful single by The Rolling Stones, with Spanish-written song titles and UNIQUE PLAY TIME of each song!!! WOW!!! A MUST TO HAVE for all fans, lovers and collectors of The Rolling Stones and British Invasion of the ‘60’s!!!

This single doesn’t come with a cover. Record is in VG or VG+ condition both sides, glossy and clean, with many soft scuffs, hairlines and light scratches, which don’t affect play at all, with the push-out center removed. Labels are in VG- or VG condition the Side A, fully readable but not so clean, with moderate spindle hole wear, heavy writings and a big tear, and in VG+ or even EX- condition the Side B, clean and clear, with minimal spindle hole wear and a faint writing. The sound is in strong EX or even EX+ condition both sides, loud, clear and clean, virtually no background noise (background noise was normal in records from Chile), with some occasional soft crackles, more evident in the last seconds of each song, which don’t cause any distraction from the loud and clear sound this record keeps from the beginning to the end. Overall, sure this record could not to be for Minty minds or audiophiles, but it still keeps a nice look and great sound quality after 52 years, which won’t disappoint everyone!!! And keep in mind the Spanish-written song titles and UNIQUE PLAY TIME of each song!!! And, yes Sirs, WHAT A FIND AGAIN!!! Click on the pictures to enlarge and see the labels in detail. WOW!!!

Bid with confidence and don’t wait until the last second because you could lose the chance to get a real collectable record from Chile (South America) in superb condition like this copy is. We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

GBP15 for weight until 1kg (usually 1 or 2 records 12" depending on thickness of the vinyl)

GBP25 for weight 1-2kg (usually 3-5 records 12")

GBP10 for one 7” record

All records will be packed outside of the sleeve to avoid damages in the cover and all records will be sent with tracking number via Small Packet or Parcel Post services.

We don’t have anything to hide and we know the buyers expect to receive feedback after to pay for the items they win. Most of sellers say to give feedback when buyers leave feedback first. But we know that’s not fair for buyers. So, we leave feedback immediately after to receive the payment, because we understand that’s the part that buyers must receive feedback for.
