Description
The Rolling Stones 'Sticky Fingers' original UK lp, released in 1971 on The Rolling Stones Records label.
There are a few issues to be aware of before bidding!
The obvious first point is to say that, as shown on my photos, you can see the zip has unfortunately been removed from the front cover. It's a real shame as the cover has a very nice, solid feel and is otherwise nice and clean.
Visually, the record itself looks decent enough for it's age. There's a few light marks though certainly no scratches. However, on play there was quite a bit of background sound, not just between the tracks but through the quieter tracks such as 'Wild Horses'. So, overall the record is more of a 6 out of 10 on play than around the 7 or 8 out of 10 I expected from it's appearance. I'm not sure if a professional clean of the record could improve the sound quality.
