23 PAGE BOOKLET, TITLE CARD , CASE HOLDER & INNER HARD CASE WITH
GOOD TITLE SPINE, does have some minor wear and scuffs
THE BOOKLET IS IN VG OVERALL CONDITION. NO TEARS OR WRITING, but minor stains on front and back cover because of age and storage
TITLE CARD IS COMPLETE. VG/To EXCELLENT condition
INNER SORIA SLEEVES ARE COMPLETE WITH NO TEARS. LIGHT YELLOWING/DISCOLOR OVER THE YEARS.
CASE IS IN GOOD OVERALL SHAPE THERE IS WEAR AT THE 4 CORNERS TO THE FABRIC LIKE MATERIAL.
THERE ARE SOME SMUDGES ON FRONT OF THE COVER and back because of age and wear, and back cover has a small circular discoloration In middle and very minor tear at top-See Photo
