Description

   Remember The Runaways? The all girl punk/hard rock band that gave the world Joan Jett AND Lita Ford? The Runaways movie was out an year or two ago, and was actually pretty good. I felt that it was mostly about singer Cherie Currie and Joan Jett, and downplayed Lita Ford. Made her out to be pretty controlling and mean! But we all know that Lita went on to greatness as a heavy metal singer and songwriter, as well as an accomplished guitarist. And she was drop dead georgous!

   This was a US release, after Currie left the group. Joan Jett was left to try to hold it all together, and she did, for a little while anyway. This is a unique pic disc, as it has a pic of the girls on one side, with the other side looking like a normal black vinyl album. The record comes with a backing card, and has extensive liner notes on the back of it. It also contains their version of a Slade song that was actually also done by Quiet Riot in the 80s. It has a song written by the Sex Pistols' Steve Jones, as well!

   Record looks great for something from the early 80s. The backing card looks great, with no tears. The vinyl has only a couple of minor surface marks, but nothing bad at all.
