Description

For instant sale is a copy of the first UK pressing of the 'IN THE PLAIN' album from 1969 by THE SAVAGE ROSE.  It is on the POLYDOR label and has the catalogue number 184206.  The matrix numbers in the run-out grooves end in A-1 and B-1 confirming that it is a first pressing.  The sleeve has what seems to a sort of 'texturing' on both sides in random patterns.  I am not sure whether it was designed like this or whether something has happened to the sleeve since it was bought.  However, it is mostly in good/very good condition for its age but there is some edgewear, corner wear and some ringwear.  Please study all the photos to see the condition for yourself.   The labels are in excellent condition with just a few 'spindle trails'.  The record surfaces have a few light marks but both sides play through with only light surface noise ('crackle) and occasional 'pops/clicks'.   The album will be wrapped in bubblewrap before posting to ensure that it does not get damaged on its journey.  I will dispatch it in a proper record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by Second Class post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible.
