Extremely RARE Indian first pressing of The Savages` album "Live" on Polydor Records (1970). 
"Perpetually handicapped by the lack of sophisticated sound equipment which, in Beat music, constitutes a critical factor in the success of a group, The Savages never lost their spirit and by force of sheer devotion and faith and ceaseless work, they "arrived" on 17th October 1967 when, at an annual Beat Competition, the group was acclaimed as Bombay`s best". - From the original liner notes.
GRADING:
G+ COVER, well-used. Please see photos for details.
- Cover repaired with tape along spine.
- Tears to opening edge, as well as a piece of cardboard missing from back cover, as shown.

G+ RECORD, well-played.
- Original first pressing red Polydor Records labels with writing and sticker on the label.
- The matrix stamps in the run-off grooves read "49 2450  007  S1" and "49 2450  007  S2".
- This record is fully certified to be an original, very first pressing of "The Savages Live", released in India in 1970.
Please note that both the cover, as well as the record have seen a lot of handling and use over the years. The album is exceedingly RARE in any condition.
