Original 1st issue U.S.A. Pressing 45 rpm Record with Picture Sleeve Cover released by GNP CRESCENDO (GNP-3545)
Record Condition: VG++ / just about NEAR MINT ** full gloss & great sound on both sides.
Picture Sleeve Condition: VG **there is a light 1.5 inch long split in the middle of one of the edges
