Description
This is an auction for a EP by, The Shadows, Alice In Sunderland. Please check the pictures for track listing.
This was released by Columbia records in 1965 and has catalogue number SEG8445. This was pressed in the UK and is mono. Please check the pictures for clarification.
Condition: The sleeve has some lamination creases on the front, buffing to the mouth edge, bottom edge and corners. Some light discolour marks can be seen, mostly on the rear and a little creasing can also be seen on the rear by the mouth edge. Spine fine, not a bad looking sleeve and strictly graded at VG.
Label one has the remains of a sticker at 2 o'clock, Under closer examination some spindle trails can also be seen. The centre hole does show light signs of wear.
The vinyl retains its shine, Under a strong light some light feather scratches can be seen. I have test played this through both sides and found the mentioned scratches to be just about audible. I did hear the occasional crackle. Certainly playing with no major deterioation in sound quality and not appearing to suffer from much of a reduction due to wear. Playing with no distortion, fading or dragging and is graded at VG. Down-graded for the mentioned scratches, audio certainly better than graded.
Fine to listen to, probably not for the purist.
