Amazing find!
One-sided actetate of "The Rumble" (and this is NOT Link Wray's "Rumble", but one that's written by a certain Isaac).
Why this was cut on an acetate is a mystery - a possible but unreleased single?
Maybe made to be filed in the publisher's archive?
It appears on a Shadows album, but to my ears this sounds like a different mix.
After comparing both versions, the acetate-version seems to have the accoustic guitar much more upfront, and overall sounds a bit more shrill which makes the drums sound better!
Maybe it IS different mix, maybe it was done when the actetate was cut, maybe it's just my ears...
A rare item anyway - and also one that has stood the test of time VERY well!
It seems to have been played VERY few times, but let's leave it at almost near-mint.
