Original VERVE issue. Lovely vinyl copy, I'd say VG+ (some very slight paper scuffing) - WOL on A side '16893' written above SPECIAL on label - b-side has signs of it being a Radio Station copy- black X, '1966' stamp and WSAY stamp (more than likely the radio station it was played on).
