Great R&B 45 find! The photos and audio will confirm condition.
First the labels. As can be seen in the photos both label sides are free from holes, stickers or writing--they both look very good. There is some wear and a small peel near the spindle hole.
Visually the vinyl looks clean and shiny but there are visible scuffs and scratches and certainly you will hear audible pops and background noise on both sides. The production density of both sides is quite thin and not very much bass. That exposes the noise more so than if it were a deep heavy production.
As always, you can listen to both side and decide---for yourself---the quality of both sides as we always record the exact record in its entirety.
