1964 MONO 45 RPM on Sapien Records 1003; 45 visually has luster loss and lots of hairline scuffing

45 Plays mostly with faint/light surface noise with some moderate surface noise and with some "crackles and "thuds", but some areas do play close to Near Mint

Labels are VG+ (general scuffing - SEE PHOTO)

45 will be shipped in a generic paper sleeve
