Description

Artist: The Silhouettes
Title: The Original and New '58/68 "Get A Job"
Label/Cat #: Goodway GLP-100
Year: 1968

Condition vinyl: VG+ nice glossy playing surface with only one or two minor hairline and entirely superficial surface marks one either side
Condition cover: VG+ light ring and edge wear; no writing or seam splits; cut upper right corner; green sticker on front (will leave to new owner to do with as they please!)
Comments: Tough to find comeback record by the old doo-woppers that splits up their old material on Side 1 with their new northern soul sound blasting off the Side 2 grooves. Contains the northern soul BOMB "Not Me Baby" as track 2 on Side 2 (included in the first clip below). Nice keeper copy that would pair well with the 45 of "Not Me Baby" that is also being auctioned this week!
