THE SMITHS 7" SINGLE: "Girlfriend In A Coma" (Sleeve Only)

Signed by all 4 members of the Smiths.

A number of these sleeves were signed for promotional purposes at the time of the single's release and given to record shop employees.

Although I cannot provide any means of authentication, any Smiths fan will recognise these signatures as 100% genuine.

In fact as a bit of a Smiths signatures expert myself I will happily advise (free of charge) any prospective buyer of other Smiths / Morrissey signatures currently for sale on ebay as to their authenticity or otherwise - please use the "Ask Me A Question" tab and include the item number you want an opinion on. Please don't be fooled by the numerous counterfeits out there!

Condition

The sleeve is in mint condition, The signatures are clear, un-smudged, written in black biro.

I grade all records according to the Record Collector Grading System, i.e:

Mint - Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. the cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent - The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
Very Good - The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
Fair - The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerablesurface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced
