THE PICTURE SLEEVE IS EX (near mint, no splits)
THE INNER SLEEVE IS EX (no splits)
THE RECORD IS EX (very little play, if any, and no spindle wear)
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Item(s) are sent in sturdy mailers with the appropriate stiffening/protection. Records are mailed outwith the picture sleeve and, in items with a picture inner, sent in a separate sleeve.
I will happily post worldwide and will combine postage. I use Recorded Delivery within the UK and always get a proof of posting for items going overseas (I use Special Delivery for more expensive items in the UK).
Airmail only for overseas bidders. Signed-For recommended in all cases. Buyers choose their preferred postal option when invoiced. No refunds for loss or damage if Signed-For declined.
A refund will be offered if the item is not as described and is returned to me in the same condition.
PAYMENT
Serious bidders only please. If you need a little time after the auction to pay, no problem. Just let me know. I would like contact to be made 3 days after the auction end with payment to follow as soon as possible thereafter. Overseas bidders can pay with Paypal or cash in £s sent by registered mail. Non-paying bidders will be reported.
FEEDBACK
I leave feedback after receiving funds and would hope to receive the appropriate feedback from buyers upon safe receipt of the item. I wont be held to ransom mind!!
GRADING SYSTEM
My items are graded using the Record Collector system of grading, viz:
MINT
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EXCELLENT
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches, The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR
The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
