This is the 'mispressed' initial version with A1 matrix runout on side A that is said to be an extended version which was quickly withdrawn.

This version has an extra line of the the "I was happy for a while etc." before the instrumental fade out 3 min 51 seconds as opposed to 3.34 for all other releases.
