This record is in excellent condition. It has spindle marks visible on the labels but not a drastic amount and no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere. The centres are not loose and overall the labels are in great shape with just the spindle marks to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything serious but do have a few light surface scratches/marks visible in normal light. There is also extremely minor wispy lines and a few 'mottled area' visible under very bright white light. Again there is nothing serious, sinister or remotely deep however just these few light lines visible. The record has no nasty scuffs or blemishes and has a lovely vivid shine.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat but upon playing there is some movement in the record arm noticable. Side 1 was very little movement but there is touch more noticable on side 2. It really isnt large at all and of course has no affect on the audio produced but never the less it is there and had to mentioned. So other than this minor issue the record plays great with superb audio. Its crisp, defined and very clear with only the most minor trace of surface noise audible in the run in. There is virtually nothing audible during the actual audio and of course no serious issues such as skips, sticks, annoying clicks or pops. It was a very enjoyable play test and produced audio of high quality.
The gatefold sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has a touch of wear to the edges and corners(pics), but the writing along the spine is all clearly legible. There are of course no splits or weak areas and the spine is strong. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and only some very minor short creases around the spine area. There is a faint ring mark visible on the back and there is also a few minor indentations evident. There is also a small dent on the back toward the top edge, near the right corner. Overall it is clean, bright and free of any major problems however. I have tried to capture the sleeves condition as best I can in the pictures provided so please study these to gain as much information as possible.
It includes its original picture inner which is in very good+ condition. This has little creasing and no tears or pen marks. It does however have a 2.5" split to the left edge. Other than this split it is in good shape and overall it appears great. I will send the record in a plain white replacement to ensure no further damage occurs to the original.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
