Complete with inner picture sleeve. (inner sleeve has a very tiny seam seperation - see photos)
Vinyl is near mint with few if any superficial blemishes. No noticable scratches. Scarce amazing condition.
Jacket has very standard shelf wear for being over 20 years old. Some slight wear to corners and edges.
and very light ring wear is present.

No popping guaranteed.
