Description
This is a gently used lp by THE SMITHS titled THE QUEEN IS DEAD. This was released by Sire Records in 1986. It's #25426-1, Stereo. This is the original first pressing in the gatefold jacket with the original inner sleeve. See the pics for further details. The jacket is in good condition with lightly dinged corners, some minor wear around the edges & ringwear mainly evident on the rear. The vinyl is clean & shiny. I see light scratches/smudges on side 2 on the first two tracks. Will these light scratches/smudges or something unseen affect play or be audible is unknown to me & depends on your equipment. This vinyl is examined by the naked eye under lights. I don't have the equipment to play test this album. Otherwise, the vinyl is a strong VG. The lp comes in the original inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is in good condition with some bubbled/creased corners. As of this writing, this album is appx 39 years old. This is a true gem and rarity in The Smiths/Morrissey collecting world.
