THIS HOWEVER HAS A TOTALLY UNIQUE APPEARANCE.THE COLOURING APPARATUS MISFIRED AND 2 ALBUMS WERE AFFECTED AND EACH HAVE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT LOOK. THE PRESSING PLANT DECIDED TO KEEP THEM AS THEY WERE SO BEAUTIFUL.
THE VINYL HAS A DAPPLED APPEARANCE AS IF IT HAS BEEN DABBED WITH A PAINT BRUSH.THERE ARE A STUNNING ARRAY OF COLOURS INCLUDING ORANGE,RED,GREEN,PURPLE AND BLUE.THERE IS ALSO A QUADRANT OF THE DEEPEST OF PURPLES.
WHITE LABELLED VINYL IN MINT CONDITION.
ACOUSTICALLY PERFECT.

FURTHER PICTURES NOW UPLOADED. I'VE INSPECTED VINYL MORE CLOSELY UNDER A BRIGHT WATTAGE BULB AND AS A PRECAUTION I WILL DROP THE GRADING OF THIS TO EXCELLENT - THERE ARE SOME SMALL SURFACE MARKS (COMPLETELY NON SOUNDING). A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR AN AMAZING PIECE OF SMITHS HISTORY.

I was asked if any faults existed on this item.
Being very very ultra critical if you zoom on the 3rd picture of the label you can clearly see a small scar / tear on the label. Something similar is on the B side. This is a factory fault when the sticker was applied and never detracted from this unique item for me - however I wanted to highlight it (in addition to the picture)
Sonically the record itself is near perfect - I have played both sides throughout. On the first track 'Reel around the fountain' on side 1 there are two very light and small ticks on the lead in - other than that I found nothing on the rest of side 1 or the entire side 2. It's a great listen as well as looking beautiful!!
The cover is very nice - one or two very small creases as to be expected from a 30+ year old item (feels strange saying that - I'm getting old!) but certainly an excellent condition sleeve.
