Ultra rare italian mispressing featuring a different version of "How Soon Is Now" on side B, unavailable anywhere else.

William, it was really 'nother song! Not a reissue-repackage-repackage!
The Holy Grail of Smiths vinyl. This 12" contains the highly sought after, seldom heard version of "How Soon Is Now". This version is a rough studio edit, a work in progress that was never intended to be heard. The mix is completely different from the regular version. From the first moment the track begins, you know you're in for a treat! The guitars, drums, and vocals sound completely different from the published version. You even get a little inside look into the studio with Morrissey as near the end of the track the music drops out and Morrissey can be heard saying "O.K." followed by the mix being brought back up.

Cover EX. Vinyl M- . A red stamp is visible on side A (see picture), but it is not a defect. It is the SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) logo. It appeared on many record labels in Italy.
