Outer sleeve is in nice condition, with just some typical storage wear. The corners are a little bumped, no seam splits, light ring wear, and no water damage.
There is a promo punch hole in the upper left-hand corner, and a signature in ink on the back cover. There is also a small area where some of the sleeve has worn down on the bottom left-hand side. The wheel is functional, and is in better shape tan it typically is--spins freely without tears. The record is in totally amazing shape, with no scuffing or hairlines. Labels are clean.
