You know what this is - a record that needs no explanation other than it is one of the greatest albums EVER! 

Up for bid is a rare one from Tacoma Washington, THE SONICS "HERE ARE THE SONICS" remains the gold standard of garage rock.  Listening to this still blows my mind that this was made in 1965, killer!  This is an original pressing, VG to VG+...and I try to grade conservatively so you will be very pleased with your purchase.  Absolutely NO SKIPS on this album - I have played both sides.  VG to VG+ means this has some pops and these are mainly heard in between tracks and not so much on this loud, blistering recording!!!  The cover is in VG+ shape as you will see in the photos and details below.  What you see in the photos is exactly what you will receive - I have had this stored properly in a plastic sleeve since the day I purchased this fine album.  Here in Seattle this record is tough to find so this is one you don't want to miss.

• VINYL: VG to VG+.  Scuffs on both sides yet NO SCRATCHES OR SKIPS - plays though very nicely.  A clear bright shine to both sides but again, VG.  Very little or no spindle wear. Great, loud, untamed sound on both sides - a fantastic copy. Wow, what an album!! 
• COVER: VG+. No writing or seams splits.   Some bent corners as seen in the photos but really quite clean!  Great images of the Sonics on both sides - crisp!

Hello all - please note, I wrote in my original description NO SCRATCHES OR SKIPS when in fact there is two scratches but they are not deep enough to create any skipping.  This VG to VG+ "HERE ARE THE SONICS" album plays with no skips but I did not mean to imply there were no scratches.  I added another photo along with the other two of the vinyl trying to show the details but it is difficult to show some this.
