THE SORROWS TAKE A HEART NPL38023 MEGA RARE 1st PRESSING
MATRIX NPL 38023 A1 and B1
This album is VERY RARE INDEED and is the only album made by this group in 1965
The vinyl which retains its ORIGINAL BRIGHT SHINEY FINISH is graded as VG PLUS with just faint hairline marks visible.
These marks have no effect on the SUPERB SOUND QUALITY
It was great listening to this SUPERB album again after so long. It is very quiet between the tracks which give you an indication quality of the tracks themselves
I would grade the sound quality as TRUELY EXCELLENT the only exception being approximately 7 clicks at the start of track 4 side 2.
The sound of BRUCE FINLEY on drums is REALLY OUTSTANDING.
The cover I grade as VG due to some creasing , wear on edges and a sellotape repair front right edge .SEE PHOTO
There is wear on the corners and the bottom and top seams have splits on the right hand edge. THE SPINE IS FULLY INTACT with just very slight wear.
I have taken a photo of the rear of the cover to show any defects so please see the photo.
DO NOT BE PUT OFF by the cover description as the SOUND QUALITY of this album TRUELY EXCELLENT and GREAT TO LISTEN TO.
