Description
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
ULTRA RARE original white label PROMOTIONAL first pressing on Columbia from way back in 1966 with Isn't It Strange on the B-side in the original glossy black & white picture sleeve!!! Originally named The Sparrows (Jack London & The Sparrows prior to that) the band would soon change their name to Steppenwolf and the rest is history. A VERY rare and important piece in the history of psychedelic music. Vinyl is VG+ with just some very light paper scuffs. Sleeve is VG+ with no splits, no seams and some light creases. Incredibly hard to find in the original sleeve, particularly in this condition so don't sleep psych collectors.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED)
NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
