Absolutely beautiful copy of the original 1978 first pressing of the Steve Miller Band’s Greatest Hits 1974-78 LP on Capitol SO-11872. This original pressing sounds SO much better than the wretched new reissues. Don’t buy one of those! This original version was released right at the time Capitol started mastering their records in house and they were sounding better than ever. This one has Mastered By Capitol stamped in the runoffs, and is just a beautiful sounding pressing. And a beautiful copy. The disc is very nearly perfectly mint and plays flawlessly and just beautifully. There are maybe one or two extremely light superficial scuffs but barely. A perfect player. The cover is still in the shrinkwrap and also almost pristine, with a touch of wear at the lower right corner. The original inner sleeve is also included, in lovely shape. This is truly a top, top original copy, hard to beat.
