Description
This vinyl record features the volatile iconic collaboration between Stephen Stills and Neil Young, under the band name Stills-Young Band. Formerly in the seminal band Buffalo Springfield and then Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young this was a very short-lived collaboration with the expected tour for the album ending with the missing Neil famously sending Stephen the message “Eat a peach”!?!?!?
The stand out tracks ‘Long May You Run’ about Neil’s old woody hopefully becoming a surfers car a la The Beach Boys and also probably my favorite ‘Ocean Girl’ a track used on many of my homemade summer mix tapes featuring Stills’ amazing wag wag guitar. Released in 1976 by Reprise, this first edition LP is a gem for any fan of folk rock, country rock, and pop rock. The record is in very good plus (VG+) condition, and the sleeve is in very good (VG) condition.
The record size is 12", and it plays at a speed of 33 RPM. The vinyl material is of high quality and is housed in a paper sleeve. The inlay condition is also very good plus (VG+), and the LP features the original inner sleeve and cover. The (long) run time of the LP is a treat for any listener who enjoys acoustic and pop rock genres. Get your hands on this classic LP without worrying about the item's condition.
This item will be shipped in a heavy duty cardboard mailer with the record. Inside a new poly lined inner sleeve with the original inner sleeve and cover protected inside a polyethylene outer sleeve.
