This is an original 1970 Canadian FIRST PRESSING of THE GREATEST ALBUM EVER MADE FUNHOUSE by THE STOOGES.It comes in an very thick heavy card stock sleeve with wide spine none laminated gate fold sleeve typical of the early 70`s in the USA . (All the sleeves to this LP  were maufactured in the USA).The out side of this fantastic LP jacket is on beautiful condition.  Its only flaws are very slight edge wear to the corners and there is really minimal damage to the spine visible when you double click the pictures. The original paper inner sleeve is here but has yellowing and light browning due to light exposure over the years.All the spinal writings can still be read. Inside of the gate fold is near EXCELLENT. The superb red Elektra record labels are faultless to both sides and show no spindle trails at all. Under a normal light the vinyl is very hard to fault. Only under a bright spot light you can see the lightest hairlines that have no affect on the play back of this  great LP.Both sides of the vinyl have retained a lovely high luster to them. This vinyl plays bold and loud with  nothing that spoils the listeners enjoyment at all. It plays without jumps skips or sticking through the albums entirety.

After the Stooges recent tours, the band FINALLY after 8 times being nominated, they have been  inducted into the ROCK and ROLL HALL OF FAME. The SUPERB book TOTAL CHAOS and the MAGNIFICENT film GIMME DANGER ,TRAINSPOTTING and TRAINSPOTTING 2, IGGY POP and his band`s are FINALLY getting something like the recognition they deserve... And how rightly so ! Their profile is so high right now and it is NEVER going away. People now realize that  every band that came after (and including) THE SEX PISTOLS owes one hell of a lot to THE STOOGES, IGGY AND THE STOOGES and CHIEFLY to IGGY POP ! And for those reasons the value of rare GENUINE items like this are certain to soar !!!
