Fantastic and very rare Japanese pressing of the Black and White album from one of the most creative and menacing punk band's of all time.


The Stranglers just didn't care, in true punk style they crashed from late 70's punk rock into the 80's new romantic scene and beyond, never compromising and ever changing while retaining their loyal and devoted fan base.


They upset the moral majority with their Duchess video, graced top of the pops more times than I care to remember and just kept on going.


This exceptional third album caught critics and fans off guard, it was a new and unexpected change of direction for the band, building on the success of Rattus and Heroes it captured the eclectic energy of the band and stands out as one of their finest ever albums.


The sleeve itself is in very good condition for its age with just some very minor storage wear


The vinyl looks in great condition with just a couple of light surface hairlines, the fold out insert, lyric inner bag and obi are all also excellent overall condition.


This is a great copy of a must have and rare Stranglers item for any serious Stranglers / Punk rock collector.
